Guest Minister Don Moffitt: September 20, 2026

Clayton First Assembly of God invites you to join us for a special Sunday morning service featuring guest minister Don Moffitt. Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2026, and everyone is welcome.

A Lifetime of Faithful Ministry

Don Moffitt is a longtime minister whose life and service have made a lasting impact throughout Macon County, North Carolina. Don and his wife, Kathy, have dedicated more than 50 years to caring for people through local ministry.

He is the former pastor of Prentiss Church in Franklin, North Carolina, and now serves the congregation as Pastor Emeritus. His years of ministry reflect a deep commitment to sharing God’s Word, encouraging families, and serving his community with compassion.

That legacy of service has also influenced the Moffitt family beyond the church. Their son, David Moffitt, continues the family’s commitment to the Franklin community through Moffitt Family Funeral Care, where compassion and service remain central values.

Come Hear a Message from God’s Word

We are honored to welcome Don Moffitt to Clayton First Assembly of God and look forward to hearing him share from God’s Word. His decades of pastoral experience and love for people have given him a valuable perspective on faith, perseverance, Christian service, and the faithfulness of God.

Whether Clayton First Assembly is already your church home or you are looking for a welcoming place to worship this weekend, we invite you to be part of this special service. Come expecting heartfelt worship, biblical encouragement, prayer, and fellowship with a church family that is deeply rooted in Christ and reaching outward with grace.
